so-so
the device had no instructions included....and yes, it is a simple thing, but something could have been included, even just a picture or drawing. After attaching, it seems that it is difficult to get it really tight, as it has a tendency to "move" a bit when you put on or take off the GPS....and, being plastic, you could easily break it. It probably should also be suggested that some sort of glare shield be added, to make it more usable.

So far, I am very pleased with this product. It is very inexpensive therefore it is certainly not the best quality as it is made of plastic and the mounting device is plastic. Just be very carefull when tightening the wingnut around the handlebars as I could easily see the mount breaking. It did not with me but I took extra precautions. It is working great so far and if you are looking for an inexpensive mount, this one works well. If you have "a gorilla mentality" then I might suggest one that is more rugged and more expensive. I give it a thumbs up.

I purchased the mount a week ago, had a little diffuculty locating a place on the harley tour bike handlebars for a mounting location. I eventually was able to secure it to the bars very close to where the bars mount. The diameter of the gps mount was smaller than the harley bars - by about a quarter inch. But so far the mount is holding the gps securely. There is little room for adjustment in the location.With gps in the mount the screen is fairly visible although there is the problem with sun glare when the sun/gps are aligned.
I used the gps yesterday while riding for directions. I was satisfied.
For the price which is is a fraction of any other price found I would reccommnend this item for purchase.
A further comment is I like the mount because it is small and "out of the way".


defective part
AFTER INSTALLING THIS MOUNT ON MY MOTORCYCLE, 2 WEEKS LATER THE PLASTIC BOTTOM STRAP BROKE.NO RESPONCE FROM CONSUMER ELECTRONICS WAREHOUSE FOR REPLACEMENT. WE WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

    corresponds to a lot of work on my Yamaha Venture. If you have an adjustable handle configuration instead of the simple U chromium in the majority of bikes will be difficult to assemble. the back of the jaw has a mass that does not sit well with the clutch reservoir and handlebar in many bicis.Valoración: 3 / 5

    So far I am very satisfied with this product. It is very inexpensive, therefore, is certainly not the best quality because it is made of plastic and the mount is plastic. Just be careful when a wing nut on the bar that I could easily see the mountain of the rupture. He did not, but I took extra precautions. It is nice to work that day and if you are looking for low cost assembly, it works well. If you have the mentality of gorillas, “then I would say it is harder and more expensive.     I bought the frame a week ago, there were some diffuculty find a place on the handlebar Harley Touring bike in one place. I was finally able to secure the bars nearby, where the support bars. The diameter of the Assembly was under GPS Harley bars – in about one quarter of an inch. But until now, the mountain is made by the GPS securely. There is little room for adjustment in the location. With the GPS in the rest of the screen is visible, but not the problem with the brightness of the sun when the sun / GPS alineados.He used GPS yesterday while driving on the road. Gustó.Por me the price, that is a fraction of any price that would be achieved for this question reccommnend compra.Un comment I like best is the mountain because it is small and “road.” Rating: 3 / 5
